Friends of Hawkenbury Rec Privacy Statement
The Friends of Hawkenbury Rec maintains a spreadsheet of all members. Data will only be stored in the following locations:
· Google Drive Spreadsheet (secured with 2 Factor Authentication)
· Secure Google Mail inbox (secured with 2 Factor Authentication)
We record (where the information has been given to us) names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses.
The information held is used to prepare mail shots of newsletters and other communications such as event invitations. Newsletter distribution is carried out by e-mail, where possible, but we are pleased to deliver a copy to any individual on request and will obviously do so to members without e-mail address.
The information is used for the above purposes only and is never used by the Friends for other purposes or sold or given to any third parties under any circumstances.
